Day 11: Dahab
Well as you know we climbed up one of the tallest mountains in Egypt. We started at 12:30 am and didn't get back to the bus till 8:30 am today was pretty amazing! After the mountain it took us 2 hours to get back to the hotel. We got back to the hotel by 11 am.
Today is our free time day! So Andrew and I just decided we wanted to head to the markets and just do some shopping because we haven't had the chance to do much this holiday. I didn't go to full out with shopping just brought too pairs of pants because I wanted some long pants for when we head off to the rest of our journey in Africa camping!
After shopping headed off to this cafe called everyday cafe had some smoothies and milkshakes. The guy that owns it has the cutest puppy ever it was a Staffy but crossed with another breed. This puppy kept me very entertained taking photographs of him. The puppy was full of mischief and he wanted to bite everything bags, shoes and even the electrical wires of the lamps up the top of the table. We were scared he was going to get himself electrocuted!
After our coffee date we walked back to the hotel. We just chilled at the hotel by the pool. We only had to be at the lobby for 5:30 to have dinner with our group. We went to a place called same same but different. The food was awesome. There wasn't much I could eat being a celiac but my dish was pretty good! After dinner headed back to one of the girls rooms to have a few drinks then head off to bed!
Today was such a relaxing day and it was so nice just to sit and chill instead of rushing around. Tomorrow we are snorkelling we will see how stiff my legs are tomorrow. Stay tuned. Xx
